Sea World San Antonio

Where imagination meets nature! Explore the leading theme park and entertainment company that blends imagination with nature. Located in the Westover Hills District of San Antonio, SeaWorld is a 250-acre marine mammal park, Oceanarium, and animal theme park. It is one of the three largest parks in the SeaWorld chain owned by SeaWorld Entertainment, and the world's largest marine-life theme park.

Enjoy their roller coasters and thrill rides such as The Great White - which is the park's first coaster with a total track length of 2,562 ft., the Shamu Express, which is a small kiddie coaster, Steel Eel, Journey to Atlantis, and Rio Loco - a river rapid ride. Get to sing and dance with an interactive children's play area based on the long-running television series, the Sesame Street Bay of Play.

For entertainment pleasures, you get to see a game center at the Boardwalk Games, an indoor theater in the Sea Star Theater, a covered Nautilus Amphitheater that features seasonal shows, and a large lakeside outdoor along the Ski Stadium. SeaWorld also offers  exhibit centers such as the Animal Connection Conservation Center, a Dolphin Lagoon where you get to observe them from above and below the surface, and reserving an up-close signature Dolphin Swim experience, Penguin Encounter, Alligator Alley, and much more. 

The marine park shows and exhibits their star Shamu, a stage name for adult killer whales, and their trainers. Other species also include a beluga whale, walruses, seals, and dolphins. Shows features professional high divers, aerialists, and synchronized swimmers performing with the Pacific white-sided dolphins and Beluga whales.Get to enjoy their Pets Ahoy Theater, where a comical show features the talents of dogs, cats, rats, potbellied pigs, and other animals. All of the trained cats and dogs in the show are rescue animals from shelters in the San Antonio area.

Events are also celebrated annually. Summer Nights is a summer event that offers extended park hours and nightly shows and fireworks. The Howl-O-Scream Halloween event where you get to see Jack-O-Lantern, a Pumpkin Head who takes over SeaWorld around Halloween time. And if you are a food lover, get to enjoy the Seven Seas Food Festival wherein festival goers can sip and savor delicious international foods, unique wines and craft beers and cocktails representing 12 countries.
