San Antonio River Walk

The San Antonio River Walk, also known as The Paseo del Rio, is a section  of exquisite restaurants and commercial area, located in the downtown San Antonio. This is the central area where people meet for whatever events such as family reunion, marriage, and a place where people love to visit.

The River Walk also is a gorgeous and artistic area that is right on the water, but the real beauty of this area is the local restaurants, attractive boutiques and historical residences that you find around River Walk.  

The area is in fact a public park and provides a series of inner city walkways along the river. The park stretches for 5 miles of the city's downtown area which is also connected by walkways to the Alamo, Museum of Art, Rivercenter Mall, Arneson River Theater, La Villita, and Pearl Brewery. One of the most dazzling sights that tourists will love will be the River Parade, which is an annual springtime fiesta event, where flowery floats are featured that cascade down the river.
