Scott Rice

On a daily basis you will see Scott showing these qualities: great work ethic, loyalty, perseverance and toughness. These qualities come from his family background, serving in the United States Navy and raising 3 daughters. He has been in sales management for about 15 years and then decided to join the Sullivan Hill Country Properties team about a year ago. His dedication to serve his clients has made him grow extremely fast in this business.

Scott grew up in Bulverde/Spring Branch, TX and moved to Canyon Lake in 2015 with his wife (MK Rice) and 3 daughters (Braelyn 12, Adelyn 10, Emery 7). He loves being a girl dad and spending time with his family.
